City & County Healthcare was ranked in 36th place in The Sunday Times Buyout Track 100 report of the fastest growing private equity-backed companies in the UK.
City & County Healthcare provide community-based care and support services nationally and offer an outstanding track record in supporting people wishing to live independently in their own homes through the skills, experience and knowledge of their staff throughout England and Northern Ireland.
The company, backed by buy and build specialist Sovereign Capital, saw its profits grow at more than 50% to £5.9m. This has been achieved through exceptional organic growth and a selective number of targeted acquisitions.
James Cowper Kreston has provided acquisition advisory services to the Group for the last two years.
