Our Corporate Finance team continues to grow

We are pleased to announce that Julia Carruthers has recently joined the Corporate Finance team as a Senior Manager, based principally in the Reading office.

Julia was previously Associate Director at FRP and head of financial modelling at HMT. She graduated from UC Berkeley and began her career in 2005 with JP Morgan in Los Angeles, transferring to London in 2007. Working in the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare M&A team, she advised both corporate and private equity clients.

Julia has gained extensive investment banking and corporate finance experience and has worked on a broad range of acquisitions, fundraisings, buy-outs, disposals and valuations.  She has worked on many notable transactions during her career including three rounds of fundraising for Channel Mum, the MBO of Whistl, the acquisition of Parcel Hub by Whistl, LDC’s investment into BOFA, the MBO of EPI, the secondary buyout of ASL, Cyberfort’s acquisition of Auriga and the sale of Amberjack.

It remains a busy time in the lower mid-market with high demand for corporate finance advice and financial modelling.”
