I have never been involved in a business sale before and I certainly needed professional advice and hand holding through the transaction.
They assisted through the preparation stage and then found a number of buyers I didn’t know existed. They handled the negotiations and assisted greatly during due diligence, which is not to be taken lightly.
I am very satisfied with the outcome as I certainly could not have managed on my own. I think we found the right people to take over the business, look after the staff and care for the customers.”
Stewart Lambert, said: “We are delighted to have assisted Peter on the disposal of Nicola Jane to The Milbank Group. Peter has built up a fantastic company which has a great ethos and the business demonstrated its resilience and robustness by continuing to trade strongly through COVID. Congratulations to all involved.”
