"Structuring for Success" is a new free course dedicated to the legal and financial foundations you need to establish, build and optimise your tech-centric business ensuring the most rewarding and stable future..

Developed in conjunction with legal and advisory business Taylor Vinters, accountancy firm James Cowper Kreston and Oxford University Innovation, three core modules are delivered through a mix of conversation-driven virtual training sessions and in-person workshops.

Supported by materials, resources and opportunities to meet like-minded tech entrepreneurs and legal and financial experts, the "Structuring for Success" programme will guide you through the fundamentals of setting up and running an organisation in those key foundation stages.
