Press ReleasesThe corporate finance team at James Cowper Kreston provided financial due diligence to Babble on its acquisition of cyber security specialists activereach, based in High Wycombe. This is the 7th acquisition Babble have completed in 2022 and the 22nd since 2019.
Formed in 2008, activereach has customers across the UK, including many household names. The acquisition will bring activereach’s expertise to Babble’s base of over 16,000 customers, with the opportunity to benefit from its enhanced cyber offerings for both enterprise and mid-market clients.
Cyber security continues to be a top priority in the UK market, with organisations spending more and more on their defences in order to keep up with emerging threats and new ways of working.
