Our Corporate Finance team recently provided financial and tax due diligence and tax structuring advice to Queen’s Park Equity on their investment in Wordwall, a leading educational technology platform.
Wordwall is widely used by millions of teachers and students around the world, enabling educators to create and customise a variety of educational games, quizzes, and activities to enhance classroom learning and student participation. The platform also offers access to approximately 88 million resources created by a global community of teachers.
