Press ReleasesOur Corporate Finance team acted as sell-side advisers to Pets’ Kitchen Ltd on their divestment of the Vet’s Kitchen division, allowing the business to focus on their Vet’s Klinic veterinary practices. The Vet’s Kitchen brand, which primarily operates in dry dog and cat food, will join Pets Choice’s family of pet brand offerings, which include Webbox, Bob Martin, Felight, TastyBone and B-Calm.
Vet’s Kitchen is a premium pet food brand dedicated to improving the health and well-being of pets through high-quality, veterinary-approved nutrition. Founded by a practicing veterinary surgeon, Vet’s Kitchen products are formulated based on extensive veterinary expertise and scientific research.
