Our Corporate Finance team advises Compass Recruitment Solutions on its acquisition of Carrot Recruitment

Our Corporate Finance team recently provided financial due diligence to Compass Recruitment Solutions, award-winning recruitment provider for the independent Health, Care, Education and Life Sciences sectors, on its acquisition of Manchester based Carrot Recruitment, a specialist in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Recruitment.

Compass Recruitment Solutions (“CRS”) was founded in Portsmouth in 2010 by founders Mike Jeffreys, Chris Russell and Sam Leighton-Smith. CRS operates under the Compass Executives, Compass Life Sciences (CLS), Compass Associates, and Compass Corporate Services (CCS) brands to provide a full service offering to companies and investors, with offices in Mayfair, London and Manchester, and over 140 employees.

This transaction is CRS’s first acquisition. Established in 2006 by pharmaceutical industry professionals Martin and Debbie Anderson, Carrot Recruitment provides both permanent and contract recruitment solutions to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industries – complementing the expertise offered by Compass Life Sciences.
