James Cowper Kreston Partners appointed joint liquidators of Castlemaine Fiduciary Services Limited

Peter Whalley and Sandra Mundy of James Cowper Kreston have been appointed joint liquidators of Castlemaine Fiduciary Services Limited by the Company’s members and creditors.

Part of their role as liquidators is to wind up the affairs of the Castlemaine Trust.  The Trust employing c300 staff under a scheme designed to avoid UK employment taxes during 2014/15 and 2015/16.  More information for former employees can be found by following this link.
