Press ReleasesThames Valley and Southampton accountants and business advisers James Cowper Kreston has been shortlisted for three awards in the prestigious annual British Accountancy Awards.
The firm has been nominated for the ‘Mid Tier Firm of the Year’, ‘Audit Award of the Year’ and 'Tax Award of the Year'.
Steve Clarke, Managing Partner at James Cowper Kreston said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted in these three categories. We are competing against a number of other firms from across the UK, so to be shortlisted is a fantastic achievement for the teams involved.”
“I am particularly pleased to see our audit team recognised again. James Cowper Kreston has technical excellence that is often only associated with much larger national or global firms, together with straightforward and fleet-of-foot advice that smaller firms often do so well. As a result James Cowper Kreston has a larger, more complex audit client base than many of its peers and a reputation that extends far beyond our Thames Valley and South Coast base.”
Steve adds: “These awards shortlist firms who have demonstrated excellence in the accountancy profession and are recognition for all of the hard work and effort everyone at James Cowper Kreston has put into ensuring the firm is the first choice for businesses and individuals needing top quality advice.”
James Cowper Kreston has been short-listed for the ‘Mid Tier Firm of the Year’ for four years in a row and in 2011 was named ‘Tax Team of the Year’ at the British Accountancy Awards. Winners are announced on 20 November at a black tie dinner in central London.
