Sarah is Head of James Cowper Kreston’s Expatriate Services, and Stuart is part of the firm’s award-winning Corporate Finance practice.
Commenting on their promotion, Robert Holland, Managing Partner, James Cowper Kreston, said: “Both Sarah and Stuart have made significant contributions to the continuing growth of the firm and their respective practice areas. Stuart joined James Cowper Kreston in 2003 and its Corporate Finance team in 2007. He has built considerable experience in advising on the buying and selling of companies, advising on over 50 transactions totaling more than £400m.
Sarah joined the firm in 2009 and is Head of Expatriate Services, working with international clients. Having spent several years working overseas Sarah now advises companies across many sectors on the best way to send staff overseas on short and long-term assignments, and high net worth international families. Sarah also works closely with member firms of the James Cowper Kreston overseas Kreston network.
James Cowper Kreston has 15 partners and over 180 staff in offices in Oxford, Reading, Newbury, Henley, Southampton and London.
