The MBO, completed on 29 November, has seen the current managing director and major shareholder James Kelliher take on the role of chairman and chief executive officer, co-director and shareholder Suzanne Munton becomes managing director and Hayley Goff becomes client services director. Whiteoaks founder Gill Craig will continue to remain involved, providing business development and consultancy services.
Established in 1993 as a four-person team, Whiteoaks is now one of the UK’s leading technology PR consultancies with annual fees exceeding £4 million and more than 40 staff in its Surrey headquarters.
