Press ReleasesJames Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance has acted as sell-side adviser to the shareholders of leading UK healthcare logistics provider Vision Logistical Solutions Limited (“Vision”) on its sale to Associated Couriers Inc, subsidiary of German based LIFE LOGISTICS GLOBAL.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Portsmouth, Vision is widely regarded as the UK market leader in incontinence logistics. Vision operates nine logistic depots across the UK, with over 290,000 square feet of storage capacity, and provides services across the logistics supply chain from storage and stock control, to fulfilment services (pick, pack and despatch) and dedicated transport and shipment. Vision has over 120 employees and generates revenues of over £8 million per annum.
Associated Couriers Inc., founded in 1977 in St. Louis (MO), is a courier and delivery service provider specialising in the radiopharmaceutical, life science, and e-commerce sector, covering 42 US states with 16 logistic hubs.
