Press ReleasesThe Corporate Finance team at James Cowper Kreston recently provided financial and tax due diligence to Sovereign Capital backed wealth manager Skerritts on their acquisition of Bradbury Hamilton. This is the 4th transaction James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance have worked on with the Skerritts team.
Founded in 1990, Skerritts is based in London and Hove with £1bn of assets under management across 4,000 clients. The acquisition of Bradbury Hamilton will grow Skerritts’ assets under management by £330m.
As part of its national expansion, 9 acquisitions have now been made by Skerritts. The acquisitions come after Skerritts received £55m in funding from buy and build private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners to drive its national growth strategy.
