Press ReleasesJames Cowper Kreston are proud to announce that they have won the ‘Large Employer of the Year’ Award in the West Berkshire Training Consortium’s (WBTC) Rising Star Awards.
WBTC, established in 1983, is a training facility which helps people of all ages to complete apprenticeships, giving them the skills they need to enter, or re-enter the work force. Since their inception they have trained over 15,000 apprentices in a wide variety of disciplines.
The awards are held alongside the Apprentice Graduation Ceremony, celebrating apprentice achievements alongside the companies which have helped to support them.
Richard Dickson, Human Resources Director at James Cowper Kreston said: “It was an honour to receive the award for Large Employer of the Year. We value apprenticeships at James Cowper Kreston as they allow us to provide great service for our clients whilst also training the next generation. It is very important to us that our apprentices get the best levels of support which is why we choose to work with West Berkshire. We would like to thank them for choosing us to receive this award.”
