The global market research company recently acquired Market Probe Agriculture & Animal Health, based in the USA, and Market Probe Europe, based in Belgium. The Corporate Finance team at James Cowper Kreston provided lead advisory services, having worked on the original management buyout from GFK and the subsequent acquisition of a division of IPSOS.
Market Probe are an established provider of qualitative and quantitative market research for local, regional and global businesses across more than 50 countries. The acquisition brings additional expertise by adding a further 40 experienced professionals to Kynetec's global team which is now in excess of 600.
