The NWN Awards seek to recognise commercial excellence throughout West Berkshire and feature a number of categories. The Best Employer award looks at the way in which a business cares for its employees, so that they can then take care of the business.

The winners for the awards will be announced at a gala dinner on 1 November, held at Newbury Racecourse.
