Press ReleasesJames Cowper Kreston are pleased to announce that they have been shortlisted for the Medium Employer of the Year award with the West Berkshire Training Consortium.
The West Berkshire Training Consortium, established in 1983, is a training facility which helps people of all ages to complete apprenticeships, giving them the skills they need to enter, or re-enter the work force. Since their inception they have trained over 15,000 apprentices in a wide variety of disciplines.
The awards seek to recognise the companies which have provided exceptional support to the apprentices in their employment. There are a variety of categories for businesses of various sizes and also for the students themselves. Prizes are then awarded at the graduation ceremony on 15th May 2019.
Richard Dickson, HR Director at James Cowper Kreston said: “We are very proud to have been nominated for this award; it’s the third time James Cowper Kreston have received the nomination and we were lucky enough to have won last year. We work hard to ensure that our apprentices have the best experience during their time with us and it is fantastic to be recognised for this. We look forward to attending the awards in May and celebrating the achievements of both the students and the companies who have supported them.”
