Percipient Capital provide venture capital and private equity to a variety of SMEs with the aim of aiding their growth and development. In the last 15 years the company has been able to provide support to over 60 companies.
Drink Warehouse is the leading drinks distributor in Kent, providing local establishments with all of their essentials for operation such as soft drinks, spirits, wine and beer. Established in 2010, the company has gone from its humble beginnings operating from a garage to providing services across the county.
The corporate finance team provided financial and tax due diligence services to Percipient Capital prior to their investment in Drink Warehouse. The team’s findings assisted in Percipient Capital’s decision to inject equity into Drink Warehouse which will aid their future growth and development.
