James Cowper Kreston have successfully advised Utilita Energy on its acquisition of bvocal

James Cowper Kreston are pleased to announce their involvement in the disposal of bvocal to Utilita Energy. The Corporate Finance team provided lead advisory services to Utilita Energy.

Chesterfield based call centre specialist bvocal, which handles calls for Utilita Energy, has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the telemarketing industry. All 325 bvocal staff – 225 at its Chesterfield HQ and a further 100 at its recently opened Sheffield centre – will become part of the Utilita group of companies. bvocal has worked with Utilita since 2014.
