The Workplace Mental Health Award is “to recognise and reward companies which have plans in place to ensure that they are able to deal with the mental health issues their staff may be facing, and have taken positive steps to help their staff to maintain good mental health.”
The award is sponsored by Cardinal Clinic, who, with over 40 years of experience, help those individuals struggling with mental health issues.

We take the wellbeing of all our staff, particularly mental health, very seriously and it is at the forefront of what we do as a business. We have steps in place including a special hotline for members for the firm to call should they be facing an issue that they need to discuss in confidence.”

The Thames Valley Business Awards seek to recognise the best of businesses in the area. The ceremony will be held on 28 November 2019 at the Madejski Stadium, Reading.
