Press ReleasesWe are delighted to announce the appointment of Jeremy Bate as a Director within our Corporate Finance team based out of the firms’ Reading office.
Jeremy joins the firm from BCMS with extensive deals experience, having previously qualified and worked in Corporate Finance at PwC in London for over 18 years, providing lead M&A advice to clients across a broad range of industry sectors.
Jeremy also has considerable international experience, having sold overseas businesses and advised on many cross-border transactions over the years – he also spent a number of years living and working in Southeast Asia.
