James Cowper Kreston advises Point-of-Rental Software Inc on the acquisition of Higher Concept Software Limited

Thames Valley and South Coast accountants and business advisers, James Cowper Kreston are pleased to announce their involvement in Point-of-Rental Software Inc’s (‘Point-of-Rental’ or ‘The Acquirer’) acquisition of Higher Concept Software Limited (‘Higher Concept’ or ‘the Target’). The Corporate Finance team provided financial due diligence and lead advisory services to the acquirer.

Established in 1998, based in Reading, Higher Concept Software is a software developer offering the Syrinx hire, sales and asset management system used in the rental and asset management industry and have installed their systems in over 2,000 locations worldwide.

Located in Texas USA, Point-of-Rental develops and sells award-winning Microsoft server based, cloud based and custom rental and inventory management software to more than 2,700 locations worldwide. The acquisition will bring Point-of-Rental’s cloud-based software and ERP solution to the European market alongside Higher Concepts Solutions Syrinx, enhancing software capabilities for businesses.
