The Corporate Finance team provided financial due diligence services to the Acquirer.
Located in Maidenhead, Grace Personnel is an independent recruitment company specialising in permanent and temporary office support candidates. Since its inception in 1999, Grace has established long-lasting and successful relationships with a range of corporations.
Percipient Capital is a leading independent provider of private equity and venture capital to small and medium sized companies. With an investment portfolio covering a range of sectors including life science and services, Percipient provides equity to both entrepreneurs and management teams.
