Headquartered in Gateshead, Comfort Call employs 1,100 care workers delivering services in over 13 local authority areas in the North East. It is the largest regional provider of high quality care and support at home to people with a range of needs and abilities.
James Cowper Kreston has provided acquisition advisory services to City & County Healthcare Group since 2010. It is the Group’s twelfth acquisition since the company was bought by Sovereign Capital in September 2009 and James Cowper Kreston has worked on eleven of them.
City & County Healthcare Group has developed an outstanding reputation as one of the largest and fastest growing dedicated providers of domiciliary care services in the UK. Through its network of operating companies, the group provides close to 140,000 hours of care each week to thousands of service users in England and Northern Ireland.
