Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge 2023

This year a group of our staff members joined The Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge 2023 which was a fantastic event that provided us the opportunity to support and encourage our work force to look after their mental and physical health. Each team attending the challenge ran in a mass participation race with their colleagues showcasing how to have fun whilst exercising at the same time.

The Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge race was designed to suit all abilities, with members taking part in both the Unleashed Performance Reading Half Marathon and the Green Park Challenge. Our James Cowper Kreston team members, Paul Griffiths, Iain Roberts, Hannah McClay, Cameron Langley and Alan Poole who took part under the team name ‘'JCK Phoenix’’ all did a fantastic job and we are delighted to announce that they came first place with a combined time of 04:14:55! 

At James Cowper Kreston, we prioritise the wellbeing of our staff by offering social opportunities that cater to both their mental and physical health. We have implemented various schemes to raise awareness about the significance of maintaining good mental and physical wellbeing. One exciting initiative in progress is the provision of electric bikes across our offices. These bikes will be available for colleagues to use during their lunch breaks or for visiting clients. This not only promotes a healthier lifestyle but also contributes to environmental sustainability.
