Corporate Finance Team shortlisted as Finalists for the Solent Deals Awards

We are incredibly proud to announce that our James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance team have been shortlisted as finalists in two categories in the upcoming Business Magazine's Solent Deals Awards 2024:

• Corporate Finance Team of the Year
• Due Diligence Team of the Year

The Solent Deals Awards are recognised as one of the leading corporate finance awards in the South and the winners of each category will be announced at a gala awards night taking place on 21 March 2024 at The Hilton Ageas Bowl. The awards bring together the leading corporate finance advisors, private equity investors, bankers, lawyers, accountants, and funding specialists from across the region.

Over the past 12 months, James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance have advised on over 30 transactions, with the awards nominations being testament to the hard work and commitment our team provides on every transaction, maintaining the firm’s place as one of Solent’s leading corporate finance advisors.
