Press ReleasesThe corporate finance team at James Cowper Kreston recently provided financial due diligence and financial modelling services for Sovereign Capital Partners on their recent investment in Zenitech.
Established in 2015, Zenitech has c.200 employees across three offices in the UK, Romania and Lithuania. Zenitech provides consulting, technology and product innovation services with a focus on building and scaling mission-critical products and systems for blue-chip clients.
Sovereign is backing the founders of the business Christopher Lacy-Hulbert, formerly Director of Engineering at Yahoo, Edward Batrouni, previously Senior Head of Technology Outsourcing at Betfair and Associate Director at CapGemini, and Csaba Suket, formerly Director of Technology at Betfair. The investment from Sovereign Capital will significantly scale the business to meet the increasing demand for Zenitech’s services in the rapidly growing UK and international market.
