Corporate Finance Executive

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive to join our growing team in Reading. With a client base covering the Thames Valley and London, the role will be responsible for the requirements of a number of OMB ’ s and larger businesses looking to buy/sell companies as part of their corporate strategy.    

Key duties include:

• Assisting with preparation of all key financial analysis for potential acquirers & investors (historic and forecast information)
• Managing data requests, collation and interpretation
• Purchaser researcher on sell side assignments
• Assist with the collation and presentation of financial information at the due diligence stage
• Project management of transactions
• Supporting the team with in-depth commercial investigation into client businesses (market sentiment, industry specifics and competitor positioning).

To be considered for the position you should be degree-educated, ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Corporate Finance. You should be able to demonstrate a basic awareness of how corporate deals are structured, the processes involved and be comfortable dealing with business owners and internal CF specialists. On offer is a salary and bonus commensurate to experience and market.   Outstanding opportunity to join a successful team with aspirations to continue to improve their offer to the market.
