We also use this process to identify any potential tax concerns or exposures early; doing so not only means sellers are aware of the risks but that the risks can be reduced or eliminated to provide additional comfort to a prospective purchaser and remove unnecessary stress from the transaction process.

- Vendor Tax Assistance – We have significant experience advising business owners and their management teams on the structure of proposed transactions, helping them understand the tax implications and ensuring that the steps proposed provide the best possible tax outcome for individual sellers.
We frequently write to HMRC requesting necessary tax clearances and have a good track record of positive first-time responses.
We can also provide ‘white space’ disclosure wording for individual tax returns explaining the transaction to HMRC.
