James Cowper Kreston have successfully advised Oceanair on its disposal to Dometic Group

James Cowper Kreston are pleased to announce their involvement in the £16.5m disposal of Oceanair Marine Limited to Swedish quoted business Dometic Group. The Corporate Finance team provided advisory services to the shareholders of Oceanair.

Oceanair is a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier of hatch and window coverings for the leisure marine, super yacht, residential and recreational vehicle sectors with operations and manufacturing in the United Kingdom and the United States. With sales to 32 countries, the company reported revenues of GBP 11.4 million for the fiscal year 2015/2016.
